Matthew 6:24...Choose Well...

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

Without even realizing it we can fall into the trap of material possessions becoming our main focus in life. Surrounding us on all side are the advertisements and constant voices telling us what we should buy and how happy it will make our lives. In reality there is not one single possession in life that will make us happy aside from the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. For this gift we should be eternally grateful and willing to follow the plan that God has for our lives. No other pursuit in the history of man will compare with the willingness to serve in the Kingdom of God. Pray today that you might be faithful and willing to follow His plan and to lift up praise everyday for His greatness!
