Ephesians 2:10...Made By God...

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

How marvelous to understand that we are God’s handiwork. Stop, re-read, rejoice! We are not a mistake, nor were we made incorrectly but rather we are the exquisite work of God who is perfect in everything He does. That should be enough to make everyone feel special and unique, however many have yet to receive that message. No doubt the world is cruel and punishing which causes doubt that leads to questions about who we are. We must ignore these challenges to the fact that God is perfect in all His creation. We also have great reason to share the love of Christ and show the world that there is not only hope but that there is also mercy and grace. We need to raise our heads and focus our eyes on those that seem to be struggling or lost and share the love of Christ with them. We are created to do good works. God has prepared many things for us to do and we need to be about His business every day.
