Exodus 24:18...Spend Time With God...

“Then Moses entered the cloud as he went up on the mountain. And he stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights.”

Seems like there are days that it is difficult to carve out 10-20 minutes to study God’s word or to seek after His will for our lives. Amazing how our time gets away from us. Moses spent 40 days and nights on the mountain before God listening to His instruction for the Israelites. Imagine 40 days on top of a mountain. We allow life to get a little too busy and before we realize it the important things are shoved to the side and easily overlooked. Be careful, pay attention, spend time with God each day, praising Him for His blessings, thanking Him for your salvation and seeking His direction for your next step. Accept this as a challenge for the month of August. Spend time each day reading God’s word and listening to His voice, you will be amazed, and blessed.
