Jesus called them together and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant

Serving others. That is a concept that is rare to find in today’s world. Jesus spent His entire life serving others, meeting people at the point of their need and offering a generous supply through His marvelous grace. Even to the point of our need for salvation he gave the ultimate sacrifice to atone for our sin and meet our need at the point of the cross. We have seen through the life of Jesus how we should live, how we should act and how we should give. We must put aside the selfish lifestyle and the self serving attitude and look to the needs of those around us, finding a way to serve and to help. In this way we will show the love of Christ and demonstrate the gospel that we share.
