Matthew 7:9-12...We are His Children...
“Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him! So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.
How often do we feel wronged by others? Maybe we think life is not fair or that we are being slighted or even forgotten. When these times come we need to remember that we are God’s children, saved by grace and under His care. We are blessed, daily and beyond measure. We have a Heavenly Father that listens to our pleas, hears our request and answers our prayers. We have a Heavenly Father that cares deeply for us and protects and provides for our needs. This is our reality, we are richly blessed and we should use every opportunity to share that blessings with those around us by treating each other fairly and with love. This is our purpose and our mission, to share the love of Christ with everyone.
Blessings,
