Psalm 8:3-4...You Are Special, Yes You !...

When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?

Compared to the creation of the universe mankind is a very, very small thing. If we take a moment and look into the night sky or across a picturesque view of the mountains we quickly understand just how small we are. Yet, in all of creation God formed us, in His image, gave us breath and life and cares for us. He loves us despite our short-comings. How very special is that!!. I am troubled when I hear that someone feels insignificant, hidden or overlooked because we are all unique, special and God’s magnificent handiwork. If for no other reason than to praise God’s handiwork be certain to compliment someone today. Tell someone how special they are to you and to God’s purpose. You never know just how much God can use your life, your words and your actions until you step aside and let Him lead.
