James 1:16...God is Good, Always!...

Don’t be deceived, my dear brothers and sisters. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

One of the most important truths of our faith in God is the fact the He is the same today, tomorrow and forever. This fact never changes and it never will, despite whatever lies may be told to you. Another truth is that God is Good, always and forever. Whenever we look at God’s creation and all the marvelous things He has made we can see His goodness. When we share our joy and come together with praise and thanksgiving we see His goodness. Each time that we are able to see good, receive good or to share goodness with others we are expressing the very nature of God. God is love and from love comes goodness, kindness and perfect gifts such as compassion and mercy. Attribute the good you see to the one that created it and give Him the praise that He deserves.
