Psalm 91:14-15...The Unseen Defense...

“Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
    I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
He will call on me, and I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble,
    I will deliver him and honor him.

There are many times in our lives when we have been rescued from trouble and from utter destruction by God. We may not have realized what was happening at the time or even acknowledged it since but God was delivering us from peril. So many things are happening all around us each day. Satan and his army of destruction is always seeking to devour us, to cause us harm and to draw us away from that which we know to be true and holy. God rescues us in ways that may not be apparent until many years later. He is always with us, lives within us and protects us as His children. He brings us through trouble and trials and will one day bring us home, free and clear of all trouble and away from all sickness and heartbreak. Keep your eyes on Christ and know that where He leads is where we should follow.
