Matthew 25:37-40...Let me help...

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you.’ The king will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’”

In the course of our daily life we come upon many that are in need. In need of clothing, food, drink or simply a visit. Most times we offer our help without a second thought because God has instilled within us compassion, and further still a servants heart to fulfill those needs. This is one area that satan will attack. He would have us look the other way, remember the Samaritan road, and tell us that have no need to be generous or compassionate, but that is a lie. A lie that compounds itself with greed and loftiness. Our very nature is to care for others and to show the love of Christ. Be sensitive to those around you, understand their needs and be ever ready to apply the blessings and talents that God has given to you accordingly.

Blessings,
