Luke 11:9-10...Power in your Prayer...

“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”

We must realize in the course of our daily life that we are totally dependent on God to provide our every need. This being so we are compelled to seek after Him each and every day in prayer and to bring before Him our praise, our thanks and our petitions. Jesus taught His disciples how to pray and then instructed them with the words above, leaving no doubt that we may ask of our Heavenly Father and He will provide for us. If we find that we are too busy or preoccupied with the trials of life to pray as we should then our course should be corrected, for it is God who provides, God who leads and God who is in control of our lives on a daily basis. Spend time in prayer each and every day.
