John 13:34-35…Love Is Strong...

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Mainstream America is looking for recognition. Through social media, popular attractions or influencing others. The core of all this seems to be “look at me’ or “do what I do”. While for the most part many of the things we see or hear are easily dismissed, there is an opportunity to use these platforms that reach so many people. Our lives are to be driven by one simple command and that is to “Love One Another”. With that being said we should use every opportunity available to demonstrate to the world the love of Christ. Instead of bashing each other or posting complaints and negativity we should opt for the chance to show compassion and love. We should leap at the opportunity to compliment and lift up each other, to show how God’s love works through us at all times. Look carefully around you today and see how many opportunities present themselves. You will be amazed! We have but one lifetime to express to the world the love that we experience through Christ Jesus. Invite others to Jesus through your love and kindness…
