Proverbs 21:21...Perfection Belongs to Christ...

“He who follows righteousness and mercy finds life, righteousness and honor.”

Many of you know that I enjoy the game of golf. Not always do you find the ball headed in the direction that you intended and usually that means trouble for your score.The same is true in many sports as the mark of perfection is illusive and always just out of our reach. The same principle applies to life. No matter how much we may struggle or attempt to reach perfection we will always fall short. We are unable to be perfect, however we know who is perfect, Jesus. God’s perfect plan for our unperfected lives was to provide His perfect Son as a sacrifice for our short comings. If we point our hearts and minds in His direction, believe and have faith in Christ, and give Him control we will find that we hit the target much more often as His way is perfect. Start your day with asking God to direct you steps and protect your heart and mind.
