Ezekiel 34:26...Showers of Blessings...

I will make them and the places surrounding my hill a blessing. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing. 

We live in a very unsettled time. Our lives get turned upside down and our schedules changed dramatically, more so now than ever before. Where we once found comfort in a daily routine we now find uncertainty. However there is a certainty that has not changed throughout all of this madness that we experience day-to-day, and that is the fact that God is in control. Or troubles are not a surprise to God, nor is anything that happens in our lives. God is in control> We should spend more time with Him and His Word, learning and understanding the wisdom that He imparts to us.We need to see the blessings that God provides each day. Things like our love for one another, our families, our friends, the beautiful fall season, the upcoming holidays whereby we celebrate our thankfulness and the birth our Savior Jesus Christ. Yes there are showers of blessings, each and every day if only we take the time to recognize them and to lift up our praise and thanksgiving to God. Enjoy the showers of blessing, they are quite refreshing. With a thankful heart lift up your praise.
