John 9:30-33...Share His Love...

“The man answered, ‘Now that is remarkable! You don’t know where He comes from, yet He opened my eyes. We know that God does not listen to sinners. He listens to the Godly man who does His will. Nobody has ever heard of opening the eyes of a man born blind. If this man were not from God, He could do nothing.’”

During Jesus time here on earth there were many of the religious leaders that were threatened by His power. Whether they were jealous, or scared or simply afraid to loose their lofty positions, they would not give in to the fact that God had sent His Son. So many of those in powerful places today share this same anxiety about their positions. We have become a society that feeds off of notoriety and fame and when that starts to fade, or the truth comes out, we get to see what is really inside. Instead of fame and fortune we should be singularly focused on doing the will of God. Sharing HIs love, His mercy and extending a helping hand to our fellow man. Fame and fortune are fleeting, God’s Word is eternal.
