1 Corinthians 12:12...Many Parts, One Body...

Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.

For the last several years events in our world have caused us to be separated from each other. We have been instructed to stay home, stay away from others and not to socialize for fear of disease and even death. Fear has been the tool which many have used to promote their agenda.  This has caused some discord within our minds and within our spirit as we depend on each other. We count on seeing friends and family and being able to gather in worship. We were masterfully created to interact with each other and to support each other with the gifts and talents that God has bestowed upon us. We are not built to be, or do, everything alone or in isolation therefore we long for the moments that we are able to spend together and share as a body of Christ. As we emerge from this disruption let us commit to sharing the talents and gifts the God has given to us with others. In doing so may we also show the love of Christ and exercise our faith in being a part of the body of believers that God has created.
