2 Corinthians 12:9-10...Source of Our Strength...

"But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

Most of the world around us draws its power from wealth or prestige, from popularity and position without even realizing or acknowledging who really holds all power in the universe. All around us are difficulties and hardships and more than ever insults and ridicule are being directed toward Christians. Paul experienced this as well and found that in his weakness he was able to draw strength from God. When we are down or feel embattled we only need to look up, to our heavenly Father, for strength. When we are weak, He is strong, when we are less, He is more. Sometimes, if not always, we just need to get out of the way and realize that God has everything under control, He always has and He always will..
