So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

How is your walk with Christ on a daily basis? A great question for each of us to help measure if we are adding to our knowledge and faith or just treading water. One of the things we can look at is our attitude toward others and our thankfulness in all the things that we encounter throughout each day. Our hearts should be so full of thankfulness, in the fact that we have been called as children of God alone, that we show it on our face and in our speech all day. Even in the smallest of things that come our way we should quickly acknowledge our provider and offer thanks to God for His gifts. Notice today how thankful you are and how many times you may thank others for their input or service. Share the overflowing thankfulness God has given you with those around you.
