Revelation 5:13...Praise His Holy Name...

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, saying:
“To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb
be praise and honor and glory and power,
for ever and ever!”

We gather each Sunday as the body of of Christ in church to praise and worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We sing songs of praise and we worship together as one, yet too often when we leave this assembly we leave behind the praise and worship. We tend to forget how to lift up the name of Jesus and we forget to give Him praise throughout the remainder of the week. The burdens of life weigh heavy on our shoulders yet we forget who has offered to carry these for us. Seems as though we should remember that God is our refuge, He is our strength, He is in control and our purpose here is to praise and honor His name. When you feel the pressures of the world this week take a moment and praise God, who has all power and deserves all our praise. Your burden will seem lighter...
