Psalm 27:14...His TIme is Best...

“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

I dare say that waiting is something none of us has excellence in doing. From the time that our parents told us to wait, to the news from our employment interview to the answers from the doctors, as humans we don’t do waiting very well. It causes worry, stress and puts a toll on our lives yet we are told here to wait on God, to be strong, take heart and wait for the Lord. We seek God’s will each day for our lives and stand ready to answer His direction, however sometimes we get a little ahead of His plan and we need to wait. While we may not understand the wait we must certainly know that everything is according to God’s timing and under His direction and purpose.

Next time you have to wait, remember that you are waiting for your Father and His perfect timing.
