Matthew 22:37-40...Reigning Champion - LOVE...

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 'This is the first and greatest commandment.' And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Many today are looking for simple and fast answers to everything. A button click to order groceries, clothes and other items. A concise but complete answer to a question in a text or email. Everyone seems to want it quick and easy. To that end we see a very straight forward teaching from Jesus on what are the most important commandments. It is concise and straight forward. LOVE. Simply love God with all that you have and love your neighbor as yourself. Simple, yet so hard to do at times. Yet if we lead with love, thread love into our speech and show love in all that we do we will soon see the power of these commandments unfold before us. Remember LOVE conquerors all.
