Romans 10:9-10...What Did You Say?...

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.

In our world today everyone has something to say about everything. It would seem that there are more opinions than the number of persons who espouse them. What we say matters, for it shows what is in our hearts and what is on our minds. Our voice should be heard as one that is pointing the way to Christ and one that is proclaiming His greatness. Our words should always be pleasing to God and glorifying to His name. In a troubled world we are able to show others the difference that Christ makes in our hearts and by our words we are able to profess our salvation. Share what is in your heart by what you say to those around you.
