Luke 5:20...Friend for Life...

When Jesus saw their faith, he said, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.”

Jesus is our Master, our Savior, our King and our friend. He is always with us, walking by our side, living inl our hearts and ready to hear our every plea. He is our comfort, our redeemer, our ever-present help in time of need. He is our defender, our rock and the fountain of life that we draw from each day. In other words, Jesus is everything! When we align our lives with what we believe and trust in God to direct our steps we find peace. When we trust in His ways we find direction and when we rely on His love we find open arms. I am reminded of the song, “What a Friend We Have in Jesus” and I am truly comforted by the fact that I can turn to Him daily, seek His direction and wisdom, and call upon His name with praise and thanksgiving.

All our sins and griefs to bear
And what a privilege to carry
Everything to God in prayer
