Luke 21:23-25...When all eyes are on you...
"But with loud shouts they insistently demanded that he be crucified, and their shouts prevailed. So Pilate decided to grant their demand. He released the man who had been thrown into prison for insurrection and murder, the one they asked for, and surrendered Jesus to their will.”
Have you ever be blamed for something you did not do, or just wrongly accused? It can be a very emotional and frustrating experience. Stop for a moment and remember your reaction and then look closely at what Jesus showed us. Here He was being accused of many things, none of which was true, and now brought before Pilate with demands that He be executed. Even with all of this on His shoulders and the crowd swelling against Him, Jesus remained calm and secure, concerning Himself with comforting those around Him, even asking forgiveness to those that were blindly lead to this decision. When facing what seems to be an insurmountable obstacle in your path, look upward, pray for calm and let Jesus guide you through the storm.
