Ephesians 1:3-4...Listen to the Call...

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.

Remember those times in school or on the playground when it was time to choose up sides to play a game? You stood there with anticipation of being selected to the winning team or just being selected at all. Or maybe you have had your name called to be a part of a study group or as a member of a special project at work. The recognition of having your name called as a selected person of a group is always a warm and comforting feeling. Remember that feeling? Now take that and multiply it by millions. That is the feeling when the Holy Spirit moves and calls on you to give you heart and life to Christ. That is how special it is to be a Christian, blessed and chosen by the Father and a part of the family of God. That is a blessing that last forever and should be treasured above all others.
