John 3:17...God's Voice...

For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.

The voice of God, or is it? This is a question we ask from time to time when we are trying to figure something out, looking for an answer or just choosing between options that have presented themselves. How do we reply know that what we hear is God’s voice. I heard about some comparisons the other day and thought I might share them with you.

God’s voice comforts while satan’s voice worries

God’s voice clarifies while satan’s voice confuses

God’s voice is patient while satan’s voice rushes

God’s voice is kind while satan’s voice is cruel

God’s voice is gentle while satan’s voice is harsh

God’s voice assures us while satan’s voice frightens us

God’s voice gives hope while satan’s voice gives dispair

God’s voice leads while satan’s voice pushes

God’s voice strengthens while satan’s voice weakens

God’s voice forgives while satan’s voice condemns

Know the voice of God and follow where He leads…
