Romans 5:6-8...Listen Up, Salvation is Here...

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

We have all experienced a time when it seemed that nothing was moving forward and no answers were coming and then suddenly, at just the right time, the answer came. Whether it was a financial situation, an answer to prayer for a friend or family member or just a kind and uplifting word from someone that changed our day. The context is the same in the scripture, “at just the right time.” Christ death on the cross was not a happenstance or something unforeseen. It was a purposeful and timely sacrifice for the sins of the world. Christ died for us while we (the world, each and everyone) were still sinners. We are all sinners, born into a sinful nature as a result of the fall of Adam, yet Christ, knowing this died to redeem us from our sins, now and evermore. Not to remove sin from the world but rather to provide a path that forgives and redeems. Believe in Christ and place your faith in Him. That is the redemption.
