1 Peter 3:8-9...Live in Harmony...

Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another, be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble. Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called, so that you may inherit a blessing.

We live in a world that seems to embrace insult rather than compliment, barbs instead of encouragement and hate rather than love. Listen carefully to the conversations around you and you will hear the hate spew forth like a fire hydrant while love sits back hiding in the corner. This is not what we were created to do! We are the extension of God’s love, the mirror of His grace and compassion. We are tasked with showing mercy at every turn. From friends and family to strangers and enemies we are to love others with the love of Christ. Without our display of kindness and compassion the world may never understand Jesus. Show love in all that you do and all that you say…
