James 3:17-18..Called to Make Peace...

... wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.  Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.

In our troubled world today we need to hear more about wisdom that comes from heaven, not opinion for mortal man. Too many of those around us think that wisdom is an exclusive right assigned only to them. How blind are those that use their position to instill fear and cause grief to anyone. Fear is a tool of satan and using it to gain control or to sway others is giving power to him. As Christians it is our calling to peace-loving and to be kind and considerate, making certain to show the love of Christ. We should always be ready to forgive, ready to defend the gospel and constantly portraying the peacemaker in every conflict. Remember that the love of Christ is above all and can calm the raging storm.
