Hebrews 3:12-14...Encouragement Is Our Responsibility...

See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. We have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original conviction firmly to the very end.

Encouragement is a rare treasure in the world today. Too often everyone is busy climbing over each other trying to reach a new height or break new record and what gets lost in the mayhem is our commitment to love one another and to lift up and encourage one another. We are God’s children and our best efforts should be used to encourage and raise others above ourselves, to help lift up our brothers from despair and to love on fellow brothers and sisters each and every day. If not we become calloused to the difficulty of the day and to the world at large. Our hope is in Christ Jesus and our mission is to spread His lovingkindness and to encourage those around us. Our strength is in Jesus, praise His Holy Name!
