Psalm 119:105...Finding Your Way...

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.”

This time of year brings many thunderstorms that cause power to go out and leave us in the dark. When this happens we always reach for a flashlight or light a candle because we do not want to remain in the darkness. The same is true for us spiritually. Daily we are surrounded by darkness. By forces of evil and destruction as they continuously bombard us with mayhem and deception. In this darkness we need to be holding on to our lamp, our light, our pathfinder and our hope. Reading and studying God’s Word daily helps us find our way through the muck and mire of the world. It illuminates the way of the Lord and gives us strength to move forward. We need to share the light of God’s Word with others so that they might find their way as well. It is truly the only way to see where you are going…
