Romans 5:13...Our Hope and Joy...

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Given the current state of uncertainty in our world today there are many who are looking to government and local leaders, even the media for the answers. Many are placing their hope and trust in leaders that clearly have nothing but harmful answers and twisted beliefs. Even social media pretends that they are the source of hope and answers. My friends, let us not be tempted, swayed or entangled in the belief that our hope belongs to any of these sources. Our hope is in God and God alone. Our Faith is in God. It is in Him that we find peace and joy. It is in Him that our hope and faith are renewed each morning. God is our comfort, our rock, our fortress and our shield. Praise God that we know who is in control. Let us continue to share and enlighten others.
