Luke 5:27-28...God Has A Plan, For You...

"After these things He went out and saw a tax collector named Levi, sitting at the tax office. And He said to him, “Follow Me.” So he left all, rose up, and followed Him.”

There may be times that we have questioned why God would call us to follow Him or why we have been chosen to be a part of His family when we are so unworthy. Certainly Levi must have felt the same way. Here he was among the most despised, being a tax collector, and yet Jesus was personally calling him out to come and follow. God’s mercy is undeniable and at the same time unexplainable. God has purposed a great work in each of us, though we may not be able to immediately see the results or calculate the impact, our lives, when firmly grounded in faith through Christ, have meaning and purpose for His kingdom. Fear and doubt work as tools against our faith and should not be given the merit or energy that they desire. Stand strong in faith and in the comfort that God has a specific plan for your life.
