Romans 3:21-24...Free Gift of Salvation...
But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
In the world today there is so much emphasis on being different, setting yourself apart or identifying as someone that is unique. It would seem that every effort is being made to divide us from each other rather to bring us together, especially during this past year when we have been isolated and separated from each other. Apart from all of the divisive manipulation there is one thing that stands clear in the gospel message. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. No one is exempt from this and no one stands alone. In this statement we are all considered equal no matter our heritage, our color of skin, our place of residence, our standing in the community or the amount of wealth that we may have gained. ALL have sinned. We are a collective group. The good news is that we all have the same access to salvation through Jesus Christ!! There is no favoritism or price to pay. Jesus paid the price on the cross. Our salvation is through faith and by acceptance of God’s love through Christ Jesus and that alone. It is free and simple and available for everyone.Thank you Lord for my salvation!
