Psalm 57:9-11...All Day, Lift Up Your Praise...

Desert Mountain.jpg

I will praise you, Lord, among the nations;
I will sing of you among the peoples.
For great is your love, reaching to the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let your glory be over all the earth.

How often do we stop and just praise the Lord for all the many things He does for us? Not often enough I would say, for we owe our everything to Him. Therefore we should be in a state of constant praise, yet we tend to follow the crowd and start looking for things to complain about, reasons to moan and an excuse to utter our frustrations. This is not what we are meant to be, nor should we let this behavior creep into our Christian walk. We were made in the image of God and for the express purpose of bringing praise and honor to His name. This should be our primary focus and our goal each and every day. Praise Him with all your might!
