1 Chronicles 29:11...In Charge of It All...

Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours.
Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all.

We have much to be thankful for in our lives. For the air that we breath, for the love that we share with our family and friends, for the food that we eat, the clothes that we wear, the roof over our head and the list goes on and on, endlessly. Along with being thankful we also need to acknowledge who is in control of every aspect of our lives. When we find ourselves deeply involved in plans and projects that are of our own making, we need to step back and make certain that we are following God’s plan. We need to remember that He is Lord over all and has everything under control. Too many times we frantically try to take charge when things don’t seem to go our way rather than look to God and ask how we might be used to fulfill His perfect plan. It is always good for us to acknowledge that everything in heaven and on earth belongs to Him and He is Lord over all. Thank you Lord for your divine plan for our lives.
