Romans 8:16-18...An Inheritance is Yours...

The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

We are God’s children, chosen, adopted into his family through the blood of Christ. Though we still may suffer the distain of this world and experience the trials and comparative harshness that come our way, we have a promise. A promise that our sufferings here on earth, our sadness, our loss, our heartbreak, our loneliness, illness, afflictions and persecutions are nothing, nothing in comparison with the glory that we will find and that will be revealed in each of us. We cannot fathom the experience or the depth of what we will find when we are with God in Glory, but for now we rest on the promise of this future and this inheritance. Share this promise with others that they might gain adoption into this glorious family.

Blessings,
