Proverbs 22:1.. What matters most...

It would seem that we spend a great deal of time wondering if we have enough money to pay our bills, enough to buy a larger house, enough savings to send our kids to school or enough in our 401 to retire. We spend a great deal of time thinking about our riches or wealth. Shouldn’t we be spending even more of our time making sure that we do what we say, helping those that are less fortunate and lending a hand to those who are in need. These things are character builders and they are what precipitates a good name. Being charitable, speaking well of others and lending your time and efforts to what really matters are noble and give life to a good name. It is good to remember that God owns everything and therefore we are merely custodians of what He sees fit to bless us with. Use your gifts wisely and for His benefit.

Blessings,
