Psalm 103:1-5...Look up and Praise..

“Praise the Lord, O my soul, all my inmost being, praise His Holy Name. Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits, who forgives all  your sins and heal all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your your is renewed like the eagle’s.”

Part of our daily consciousness should recognize that people and things around us do not move or operate simply because we desire them to, or for the mere fact that we have instructed certain things to happen. Life moves forward and is orchestrated by God. He is in control and has set in motion all things. He knows the outcome of our choices, the path that we will take and the consequences that we may suffer along the way, yet He is always there to guide and comfort us and to lift us up. All our praise is surely owed to Him.
